Specialized Womens Road Bikes

Specialized is one of the giant US bike brands, making components and bikes alike. It was founded in the mid seventies and is based out of the sunshine state, California. 2012 sees the addition of the Amira series which compliments the two stalwarts of the women’s range; Dolce and Ruby. Amira is the top end women’s road race bike with Ruby at the higher spec/end compared to the Dolce which is for the amateur/beginner rider. The Ruby range has been around for a few years now and always gets good write ups and Specialized always delivers a good offering. The Dolce range start from the mid £600 up to £1300+. They are all designed specifically for women riders and have narrower bars and shorter stems for the correct riding position.
